We are currently looking for a Selection Analyst to join our team. What are we looking for in you? We seek highly qualified and passionate professionals with outstanding skills in Human Talent. You must be dynamic and proactive. Academic background: Psychology, Social Work, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration. Experience: 1 year of experience in candidate profiling, assessment, and selection for operational, commercial, and administrative positions. Knowledge of: management indicators and office tools. Essential requirement: Personal transportation. What will be your responsibilities? As part of our team, you will play a key role in: Executing the Selection area’s work plans, based on established policies and procedures, to achieve timely and high-quality vacancy coverage aligned with operational needs. Collaborating with coordination to monitor recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring completion within defined timeframes from start to finish. Keeping information updated on the execution of each process to facilitate tracking of management indicators and support decision-making by the Selection Coordination team. Performing other duties inherent to the position. · What do we offer you? Salary: $2,670,000 + Transportation allowance $249,095 + Mobility allowance $651,000 Direct employment contract with the company.
