At Inyección Pet S.A.S., we are looking for a committed and responsible **Production Operator** to support manufacturing processes at our plastic injection plant. **Job Objective** Operate injection molding machinery, inspect products, and ensure production processes are carried out efficiently, complying with the company's established quality and safety standards. **Requirements** * High school diploma. * Male. * Minimum of **1 year of experience in manufacturing processes or similar positions**. * Basic knowledge of: * Plastic injection processes. * Quality inspection and control. * Good manufacturing practices. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate injection molding machines and supporting equipment (grinder, mixer, scales). * Inspect finished products. * Complete production forms. * Report anomalies or non-conformities. * Assist in warehousing and dispatch. * Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation. * Comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and proper use of PPE. **Competencies** * Honesty. * Teamwork. * Proactivity. * Organization. * Agility. **Working Conditions** * **Salary:** Current legal minimum wage (SMMLV). * **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract. * **Statutory Benefits.** Job Type: Indefinite-term.
