Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead agile transformations, optimize workflows, and ensure continuous delivery of value in complex environments. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Senior Scrum Master** with SAFe experience, a Lean mindset, and advanced Jira expertise to join remote agile transformation projects, focusing on evolving agile practices, optimizing workflow, and enabling continuous value delivery in complex environments. **Responsibilities:** * Facilitate the adoption of Lean and SAFe frameworks across teams and tribes * Align teams with strategic objectives and OKRs * Optimize workflow using metrics such as lead time, cycle time, and throughput * Identify and remove organizational impediments * Manage dependencies among teams and stakeholders * Facilitate team- and program-level ceremonies (e.g., PI Planning, Reviews) * Ensure backlog quality (Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, appropriate slicing) * Promote continuous improvement practices and effective retrospectives **Requirements:** * Proven experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks * Demonstrable experience implementing SAFe (team and program levels) * Knowledge of Lean principles and flow management * Proficiency in agile metrics (lead time, cycle time, throughput, DORA) * Experience managing and prioritizing backlogs * Experience managing dependencies and multiple stakeholders * Advanced proficiency in Jira and collaboration tools (Confluence, Miro) * Understanding of software delivery (Dev, QA, CI/CD) **We Offer:** * Culture of innovation and professional growth * Permanent employment contract (formal employer-employee relationship) * Statutory benefits * Private health insurance * Life insurance * Additional paid leave days * Learning and development platforms Learn more about us at http://www.neoris.com, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Instagram: @NEORIS.
