Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Director to lead regulatory affairs, ensure regulatory compliance, and represent the company before health and environmental authorities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead technical, regulatory, and quality control processes. 2. Ensure regulatory compliance at the plant. 3. Supervise physicochemical analyses and release batches. A rapidly growing company in the hygiene and cleaning products sector is currently seeking a **Technical Director**. The primary objective of this role is to lead the regulatory affairs department, ensure compliance with current technical-legal regulations, and represent the company before health, safety, and environmental authorities. Additionally, the incumbent will ensure adherence to legal and quality standards throughout production processes and for finished products. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Pharmaceutical Chemistry. * Valid Professional License (mandatory for signing documents before regulatory agencies). **Experience:** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading technical, regulatory, or quality control processes in manufacturing plants producing hygiene products, cosmetics, chemicals, or related sectors. **Specific Knowledge:** * Essential specific knowledge: * Health Regulations: INVIMA regulations and Andean Community regulations (Andean Community Decision 706) for Domestic Hygiene Products. * Environmental and Safety Regulations: Globally Harmonized System (GHS) for labeling, Decree 1076 of 2015 (Environment Sector), hazardous waste management (RESPEL), and industrial discharges. * Procedures: Management of Mandatory Sanitary Notifications (NSO), submission of environmental licenses or discharge permits, and implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or Good Storage Practices (GSP). **Responsibilities:** * Comprehensive Technical Legal Representation: Serve as the Technical Director responsible for the plant and its products before INVIMA, territorial Health Secretariats, environmental authorities (ANLA, CAR, Corantioquia, Cornare, etc.), and the Metropolitan Area. * Product Registration Management: Process, renew, and update Mandatory Sanitary Notifications (NSO) with INVIMA. * Plant Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable industrial safety, environmental, and sanitary regulations governing the factory infrastructure. * Quality Control and Batch Release: Supervise physicochemical analyses, validate disinfection formula effectiveness, and authorize batch release to the market. * Environmental Operations Management: Ensure accurate completion of discharge logs, plant waste management plans, and reports required by the Metropolitan Area or autonomous environmental corporations. * Documentation Standardization: Design and update Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Technical Data Sheets, GHS-compliant labels, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manuals. * Audit and Inspection Management: Lead plant preparation and directly manage inspection, surveillance, and control visits from all government agencies. **What We Offer:** * Indefinite-term employment contract directly with the company. * Base salary of $4,000,000 COP per month (based on experience). * Job stability. * Flexible schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM; Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. **Apply now and join Spartan Colombia!** Employment Type: Indefinite-term Work Location: On-site
