Plan court visits to monitor proceedings handled by attorneys and staff. Update the procedural status in the internal application and on the control sheet. Draft procedural motions, responses to dismissals, appeals, and other necessary procedural actions to advance proceedings. Main Functions Attend scheduled procedural hearings, court sessions, and proceedings organized by judicial offices, traffic agencies, police inspections, and other competent authorities. Monitor and control assigned enforcement proceedings, ensuring compliance with deadlines and proper procedural management. Participate in proceedings related to insolvency processes, both for natural persons engaged in commerce and those not engaged in commerce. Audit and monitor the performance of external attorneys, verifying compliance with guidelines, legal strategies, and management reports. Support various legal portfolios in preparing client reports. Prepare promissory note settlements and assist in updating internal applications. Prepare necessary documentation for filing lawsuits (powers of attorney, history records, certificates of existence and legal representation, certificates of public instruments, court fees, among others). Monitor and review alerts issued by the legal monitoring area. Participate in management focus groups or tactical committees implemented by coordination. Review corporate reorganization and insolvency proceedings involving natural persons engaged in commerce and those not engaged in commerce.
