




Job Summary: Responsible for managing key accounting processes, including payroll, fixed assets, accounts receivable, and financial reporting, ensuring tax compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Supports the preparation of financial statements and obligations Salary*: $2,300,000 + Statutory benefits *Schedule:* Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (when required) *Main Responsibilities* Generate electronic billing reconciliation Execute the full payroll process. Manage and ensure management reimbursements. Track, accrue, and control fixed and intangible assets. Support the preparation of financial statements and financial obligations. Review and prepare accounts receivable write-offs. Reconcile assigned bank accounts. Prepare reports for DANE and respond to official entity requests. Issue withholding certificates to third parties. Respond to internal and external customer requests (email and Zoiper). *Key Responsibilities* Ensure accurate payroll processing. Ensure control and tracking of fixed and intangible assets. Ensure compliance with financial and tax obligations.
