Required education level: University degree in administrative, accounting, human talent, or related fields. Responsibilities or functions: Coordinate the organization's administrative processes; manage and supervise payroll processing; lead recruitment and onboarding processes; support implementation and monitoring of the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) System; control documentation and compliance with labor legal requirements; coordinate occupational well-being activities; prepare administrative reports and support decision-making. Knowledge or requirements: Experience in payroll and recruitment management; knowledge of current labor regulations; experience or knowledge in OSH system implementation and monitoring; office software skills; leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities; assertive communication.
