Candidates must hold at least a technical degree, be a technology graduate, or be enrolled in their third semester or beyond in administrative, economic, commercial, or related fields. Candidates must demonstrate service orientation, assertive communication skills, and a results-driven mindset. Minimum work experience of 6 months in commercial roles is required; experience in banking institutions, cooperatives, or service organizations is preferred, particularly in activities related to offering and selling products and services, intangible sales, effective closings, receiving and processing product applications, and customer service and retention. Commission-based compensation is not offered.
