The selected candidate will be responsible for customer service and follow-up via WhatsApp and phone calls, commercial advisory, prospect follow-up, sales closure support, and commercial management. Prior experience in sales or customer service, basic digital tool proficiency, and excellent personal presentation are highly valued.
