Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate and supervise security services, ensuring protocol implementation and team development, maintaining customer relationships, and preparing management reports. We are currently seeking a Technician, Technologist, or Professional in administrative fields, Military Sciences, or related disciplines to coordinate and supervise security services for assigned clients. Requirements Own motorcycle or car and availability to travel to various clients. Valid driver's license and experience driving a car. Availability to travel to locations in the Northern Savanna and to visit clients requiring vehicle rental. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within the security sector. Proficiency in office productivity tools. Experience in personnel management and customer handling. Experience in recruitment, hiring, and evaluation of security personnel. Technical knowledge in risk management and security analysis. Proficiency in security systems such as CCTV and related technologies. Preferably with training or experience as an internal auditor or knowledge of quality management system standards. · Responsibilities Coordinate all security operations for the assigned client. Ensure proper implementation of security protocols across all facilities. Train, motivate, and develop the security team, ensuring compliance with established procedures. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers. Prepare management reports, performance indicator tracking, and periodic reports on security service performance.
