Apply paint coatings and finishes to tanks and components A leading company in the automotive sector is seeking an Automotive Painter with a minimum of six (6) months of experience performing painting processes on metal or plastic parts, preferably in industrial environments or motorcycle and automobile workshops, to enhance product quality and presentation through high-end finishes. Academic Qualification: High school diploma or technical degree. Job Mission: Perform surface preparation, paint mixing, and application of automotive paint on vehicles and components, ensuring uniformity, color accuracy, and compliance with technical, quality, and industrial safety standards. Job Requirements: - Proficiency in HVLP spray guns. - Surface preparation through sanding, cleaning, and primer application. - Knowledge of automotive paints, basecoat, acrylic paint, and clear coats. - Skill in polishing and touch-up techniques for components. - Equipment care and maintenance for painting tools. - Familiarity with basic industrial safety regulations. - Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). - Availability to work rotating shifts. Responsibilities: - Apply paint coatings and finishes to motorcycle tanks and components according to established standards. - Prepare surfaces and materials to ensure proper paint application. - Verify finish quality and compliance with production standards. - Perform basic care, cleaning, and maintenance of assigned tools and equipment. - Promptly report anomalies in components, materials, or equipment to the plant supervisor. Professional Competencies: Attention to detail, quality orientation, teamwork, procedural compliance, organization, adaptability, and time management. Salary: $2.249.905 + current statutory benefits. Contract Type: Project-based or task-based contract. Work Schedule: Sunday to Sunday on rotating shifts, forty-four (44) hours per week, with one compensatory day per week.
