Job Summary: We are seeking operational staff for waste management with high physical stamina and commitment to execute material loading, unloading, and recyclable material collection processes. Operation of compaction machinery and inventory control. A reputable environmental services and logistics company requires a Basic Waste Management Operator for its team. We seek operational personnel with high physical stamina, commitment, and the ability to work in production environments and handle materials. Requirements to Apply: High School Diploma Experience: 6 months of experience in highly demanding operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehouse operations, waste management). Informal experience accepted. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night); possession of a motorcycle is essential for timely arrival at the industrial zone; the company does not provide transportation routes. Responsibilities: Execute loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure proper branding protection of waste materials. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflows and outflows for inventory control. Working Conditions: Salary: $1,750,905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory surcharges + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m. / 10 p.m.–6 a.m.).
