Job Summary: We are seeking a beauty advisor to guide customers in selecting products, support sales, and identify skin types. Key Highlights: 1. Expert advice on beauty products 2. Skin type identification and product recommendations A local company requires a beauty advisor to perform the following duties: Advise shoppers on product selection, support sales, identify skin types, conduct inventory checks, make product suggestions, and report out-of-stock items. Position Required: Beauty Advisor Education: High School Diploma Experience: Minimum 6 months of verifiable experience in dermocosmetic or cosmetic sales, preferably in large retail stores or drugstores. Salary: COP 1,750,905.00 plus benefits Additional Compensation: Commissions: COP 400,000 (variable) Mobile phone allowance: COP 60,000 (variable) Beauty allowance: COP 45,000 (variable) One retail location is visited daily.
