Inventory control and support in organizing the point of sale A well-established company requires an in-store advisor for Medipiel with six (6) months of experience in the beauty, cosmetics, hair care, or skin care sector. Academic qualification: High school graduate. Job Requirements: Operation of cash register. Inventory management. Monitoring of sales indicators. Job Mission: Provide comprehensive in-store customer consultation to ensure a satisfactory shopping experience, achievement of commercial indicators, and proper operational management of the assigned location. Responsibilities: Provide personalized customer consultation on beauty and skin care products. Manage the sales process and achievement of commercial indicators. Handle cash and collect payments according to established guidelines. Control inventory and support warehouse management. Assist in organizing and presenting the point of sale. · Salary: COP 1,750,000 + transportation allowance COP 249,000 + approximate commissions COP 400,000 + current statutory benefits. Contract Type: Project-based or service contract. Working Hours: Monday through Sunday with one compensatory day per week, during mall operating hours (opening, midday, or closing).
