Job Summary: We are seeking a cybersecurity-passionate professional to ensure perceived value of services for strategic clients by managing relationships and optimizing solution usage. Position Objective Ensure services support strategic clients’ business objectives, maximizing perceived value through defined plans that drive maturity and optimization of service usage aligned with their needs, fostering growth and ensuring retention. General Responsibilities: Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to align services with client priorities and ensure they deliver value consistent with business objectives. Guide the service instance’s work team to achieve objectives, maintaining transparent communication and fostering collaborative work. Advise technical leaders on service prioritization and delivery, facilitating alignment with client expectations. Measure and analyze customer experience to identify potential dissatisfaction risks and coordinate with teams on actions mitigating their root causes. Ensure service renewals. Requirements Education: Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Telematics, or Networks, with specialization in Information Security, Computer Security, or Cybersecurity. Experience: 7 years in cybersecurity roles, including at least 3 years in client-facing or technical leadership positions. Minimum Certifications: CISSP, ISO/IEC 27001 LA, CCSP, CISM, CCISO, CEH (at least two of these). Desirable Certifications: ITIL 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan & Improve Observations: Technical knowledge of SIEM, EDR, XDR, IAM, and PAM solutions; data infrastructure and networks; and cloud security. Special Requirements: Willingness to travel frequently. Ability to work flexible hours.
