Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Advisor with sales experience to strengthen relationships with families and contribute to commercial growth. Key Highlights: 1. Negotiating and closing sales with personalized counseling A funeral services company requires a Commercial Advisor for its team, with one (1) year of experience selling tangible and intangible products, especially in sectors such as funeral services, insurance, or healthcare, contributing to commercial growth and strengthening family relationships. · Academic background: · High school graduate, technical, technological, or university degree in sales, marketing, customer service, or related fields. · Job mission: · Provide empathetic and clear counseling to families regarding funeral protection services, building trust and contributing to effective sales closure. · Responsibilities: · - Connect with new customers and present service benefits. - Negotiate and close sales by handling objections and providing personalized counseling. - Conduct post-sale follow-up to strengthen customer relationships. - Meet established sales targets. - Manage field-based commercial activities within the metropolitan area. · Knowledge: - Basic Excel and Word. - Consultative sales techniques (desirable). - Objection handling. - Experience selling intangible products (insurance, healthcare, or funeral pre-need plans). · · Professional competencies: · Negotiation, persuasion, assertive communication, customer orientation, results orientation, organization, and planning. · · Salary: $1,750,905 + commissions + transportation allowance + current statutory benefits. Contract type: Indefinite-term contract. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Total of 42 working hours per week.
