




Job Summary: This Comprehensive Care Coordinator role leads and supervises comprehensive care for early childhood, fostering community participation and human talent development. Responsible for maintaining close and effective communication with families, caregivers, and the community, promoting spaces for participation and support that enhance comprehensive protection and retention of girls and boys in the program. Lead, guide, and monitor the comprehensive care process across all sites, ensuring compliance with technical and operational guidelines established by the Special Administrative Unit Buen Comienzo. Coordinate and support the interdisciplinary team and educational agents in implementing relevant pedagogical practices, promoting observation processes, pedagogical documentation, monitoring of child development, and continuous improvement. Lead the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the institutional proposal, strategic plans, pedagogical processes, and actions aimed at strengthening quality in comprehensive early childhood care. Guide and monitor processes related to comprehensive protection, activation of response pathways, case follow-up, institutional reporting, and coordination with external entities regarding situations that may violate children’s rights. Lead human talent qualification, support, induction, and strengthening processes, fostering the development of pedagogical, technical, and interpersonal competencies within the team. Coordinate inter-institutional and territorial articulation with community actors, partner entities, and Buen Comienzo teams, reinforcing the implementation of the Early Childhood Public Policy. Lead family and community participation strategies, promoting social mobilization, shared responsibility, and support in comprehensive care processes. Conduct ongoing monitoring of service delivery, coverage, retention, equipment, infrastructure, and other operational components, ensuring timely and high-quality care. Lead committees, documentation processes, report consolidation, responses to institutional requests, and follow-up on PQRSD (Petitions, Complaints, Claims, Suggestions, and Complaints), ensuring organized and efficient management. Coordinate risk management, public health situations, and operational emergencies, implementing timely strategies to ensure service continuity. Support and strengthen the well-being and performance of the interdisciplinary team, promoting assertive communication, collaborative work, and positive work environments. Required Position: Social Work Coordinator Education: Professional degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Family Development, Social and Human Sciences, Health Sciences, or Administrative Sciences.
