




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Sales Assistant to expand and retain customers, managing the sale of veterinary products and services with a focus on customer service. Customer retention and post-sales follow-up Position Profile: Sales Assistant Location: Bogotá Contract Type: Full-time, direct employment contract with the company 1. Economic Terms Base Salary: Current Legal Minimum Monthly Wage (SMLV) + Transportation Allowance: Statutory allowance + Mobility: Rolling allowance (to cover fuel and vehicle maintenance) + Incentives: Uncapped bonuses (commissions based on target achievement). 2. Mandatory Requirements Personal mobility: Must have personal transportation (motorcycle or car). Skills: Excellent customer service, persuasion, and results orientation. Knowledge: Familiarity with pet product portfolios and veterinary services. Must have personal transportation 3. Functions and Responsibilities Field routes: In-person visits to existing store/clinic customers. Commercial expansion: Acquisition of new customers in assigned zones of Bogotá. End-to-end management: Sale of products (food, accessories, pharmaceuticals) and promotion of veterinary services. Customer retention: Post-sales follow-up and resolution of basic technical inquiries. 4.
