Responsibilities Maintain gardens, green spaces, and outdoor areas in optimal condition regarding cleanliness, order, and preservation. Perform pruning, weeding, planting, transplanting, and general maintenance of plant species. Operate gardening tools and machinery correctly, including chainsaws, weed trimmers, brush cutters, hedge trimmers, lawn mowers, and leaf blowers. Carry out irrigation, fertilization, and preventive pest control tasks. Coordinate activities with the maintenance team to ensure a safe, tidy, and pleasant environment. Identify and report maintenance needs or potential incidents in green areas. Requirements Proven prior experience in gardening, park maintenance, or green space upkeep. Knowledge of plant species, pruning techniques, and plant care. Experience in the safe use of manual tools and gardening machinery. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
