Job Summary: We are seeking Ground Operations Agents to ensure safety and efficiency in aircraft handling, supervising procedures and adherence to timeframes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring of aircraft arrival and departure procedures 2. Real-time monitoring of aircraft positions and ground handling 3. Verification of physical cargo and baggage priority We are looking for Ground Operations Agents to guarantee safety and efficiency in aircraft handling on the ramp. Your Mission at the Airport: You will be responsible for overseeing the correct execution of procedures during aircraft arrival and departure, ensuring that loading and turnaround times are met with precision and safety. What You Will Do With Us? Real-time Monitoring: You will monitor aircraft positions and ground handling plans in real time. Cargo Control: You will verify that the physical cargo on the ramp exactly matches the authorized cargo and ensure baggage priority handling. Education: Technical degree in aviation-related fields, airport operations, logistics, or related disciplines. Experience: Minimum 6 months in ramp operations or the aviation sector. Availability: Willingness to work rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) and exposure to variable weather conditions. Full Time (Full Time) Salary: $1.750.905 + Statutory Benefits. Transportation Allowance (non-salary): $116.000. Benefit: Meal allowance or cafeteria access (depending on work location).
