Main responsibilities: *Support recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, and arranging candidate appointments. *Manage onboarding documentation and employee hiring paperwork. *Maintain up-to-date physical and digital employee resumes. *Support social security enrollment processes and personnel updates. *Assist with occupational wellness activities, training, and organizational climate initiatives. *Prepare employment certificates and other documents requested by employees. *Manage databases and basic human talent area indicators. *Address employee inquiries related to human resources processes. *Ensure confidential handling of employee information. *Support general administrative tasks within the department.
