Coopecrédito Entrerríos is seeking a Human Talent professional or a final-semester student in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields, with at least 1 year of experience in human resource management processes. The selected candidate will support the Human Talent area’s activities—particularly recruitment, pre-selection, and scheduling of candidates for various cooperative vacancies—as well as physical and digital employee file management and updating, in accordance with document management guidelines. Additionally, the candidate will assist in social security affiliation and registration of updates (EPS, ARL, pension, and compensation fund) and perform administrative tasks specific to the area.
