Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM Work Mode: In-person Job Mission Provide technical support in insurance management, including preparing quotations, comparative analyses, and customer assistance, ensuring efficient and timely service. Main Responsibilities Prepare quotations with various insurance companies. Compile and analyze comparative reports. Operate insurance company portals. Provide customer service and assistance. Manage information in CRM and digital tools. Requirements Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in the insurance sector. Knowledge of insurance products: auto, home, life, health, funeral, and SME insurance. Familiarity with quotation tools and portals of companies such as Sura, Mapfre, AXA, Bolívar, HDI, SBS, among others. CRM proficiency · Academic Qualifications: Technical or technological degree in Insurance, OR Minimum fourth-semester student in administrative or related programs.
