Position: Logistics Engineer Logistics Engineer with experience in planning, coordinating, and optimizing supply chains, inventory handling, distribution, and transportation operations. Focused on continuous process improvement, cost reduction, and increased operational efficiency through KPI analysis, ability to lead work teams, manage customers, and ensure service level and safety compliance, as well as proficiency in technological tools and ERP systems for decision-making and operational control.[PM1]  · Responsibilities: Coordinate and lead an operational team of 12 employees[PM2] , ensuring goal achievement, process efficiency, and talent development. Plan, manage, and optimize receiving, warehousing, inventory, and transportation operations, ensuring appropriate resource utilization and service level compliance. Manage logistics operations with a customer focus, ensuring service continuity, timely resolution of exceptions, and efficient daily activity planning. Negotiate and coordinate delivery timelines with customers, acting as a liaison among different departments to ensure commitment fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Administer the company's logistics resources, ensuring their availability and proper allocation in dispatch and delivery processes. Control and manage inventories, guaranteeing traceability of movements (receipts, shipments, and adjustments), as well as purging obsolete or slow-moving items. Analyze raw material and input consumption, identifying deviations against demand and generating action plans to optimize inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstock. Ensure timely material availability for production processes and customer requirements, coordinating internal supply efficiently. Manage the dispatch process, ensuring accurate order preparation, on-time delivery compliance, and operational traceability. Conduct continuous order and delivery tracking, managing logistics exceptions (delays, returns, non-compliances) to ensure timely resolution. Monitor and control logistics operations execution using logistics cost[PM3] , inventory, dispatch, and order KPIs, ensuring proper ERP usage and data reliability. · Academic Background: Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, related engineering fields, International Trade Minimum Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience Specific Knowledge: SAP, Power BI, intermediate Excel proficiency, advanced level Direct Reports: 07 KPIs: Service rate, logistics cost as a percentage of sales, transportation cost, inventory accuracy. Competencies: Negotiation, planning, relationship management, sense of urgency.
