Location: North of Cali Work Mode: On-site Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract Are you a high school graduate (any track) with more than 6 months of experience as a security officer/guard and hold a valid security training certificate? This vacancy is for you! What will you do? Risk Analysis and Assessment: Identify vulnerabilities at the service site (e.g., poor lighting, malfunctioning cameras, unusual visitor patterns) and propose corrective measures to your supervisor. Advanced Auditing and Monitoring: Operate complex CCTV systems, electronic alarm systems, and access control software; detect faults and manage recordings for investigations. Preparation of Detailed Reports: Document incidents comprehensively, including witness statements, timelines, and actions taken, serving as legal evidence or support for internal investigations. Operational Closure Control: Supervise high-risk procedures such as cash drawer closures, loading/unloading of high-value goods, or securing critical areas (e.g., servers, vaults). Coordination with Authorities: Serve as the primary point of contact with the National Police, fire department, or other emergency entities during an incident, coordinating access and information sharing.
