




Job Summary: We are seeking a Meat Assistant/Butcher for self-service to ensure specialized customer service and proper processing of meat products. Key Highlights: 1. Compliance with quality and freshness standards We are looking for a passionate and committed individual to join our team as a Meat Assistant / Self-Service Butcher, working in the meat section (chicken, beef, pork, and fish). The main objective of this position is to ensure specialized customer service and guarantee the correct handling of cutting, deboning, packaging, cleaning, and display of meat products, in compliance with established quality and freshness standards. Responsibilities: Perform cutting, deboning, deskinning, and portioning of meats (beef, pork, chicken, and fish). Maintain product assortment, order, and display of meat products according to the established floor plan. Ensure proper rotation and refrigerated storage of meats in coolers and cold rooms. Carry out daily cleaning and disinfection of work areas and equipment. Comply with safety, hygiene, and personal protective equipment regulations (metal gloves, hairnets, etc.). Provide friendly and efficient customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Report stockouts, incidents, and support operational tasks in the section as needed. Salary: $1,800,000 + current statutory social benefits Academic Qualifications: High school diploma, food handling course Experience: At least 1 year in the sector.
