




Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Buyer to manage and optimize procurement processes, ensuring the best prices and suppliers, with a focus on planning, procurement management, negotiation, and continuous improvement. Requires analytical skills and proactivity We are looking for a Junior Buyer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing procurement processes, ensuring the acquisition of the best prices and suppliers for our products. 1. Planning and Supply Plan and execute purchases according to sales forecasts, channel demand, and commercial strategies. Ensure timely product supply across all sales channels. Define and control optimal inventory and safety stock levels. Prevent stockouts and overstocking. 2. Procurement Management Manage the end-to-end procurement process: requisition, quotation, negotiation, purchase order issuance, and follow-up. Issue and monitor purchase orders in the ERP system. Verify compliance with agreed prices, quantities, delivery times, and terms. 3. Supplier Negotiation Negotiate prices, discounts, rebates, volumes, and commercial terms. Negotiate logistics terms and payment methods. Continuously seek cost and condition improvements. 4. Supplier Management Select, evaluate, and qualify suppliers. Maintain long-term strategic business relationships. Measure supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, compliance). Handle supplier incidents (delays, shortages, claims). 5. Documentation Control and Compliance Ensure proper documentation of purchase orders, contracts, and agreements. Comply with internal procurement policies and guidelines. Ensure traceability of procurement operations. Ensure information is accurately and consistently updated wherever applicable. 6. Continuous Improvement Propose improvements to procurement and supply processes. Optimize costs, lead times, and inventory levels. Support process standardization and automation. Experience using Excel macros for data automation and analysis is required. Ability to work both onsite and remotely, as required by the team.
