




Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to lead the procurement and acquisition management of general services, optimizing costs and ensuring corporate standards. Supplier negotiation and strategic procurement management Procurement Coordinator We are currently looking for a Procurement Coordinator to lead and support procurement and acquisition activities related to cleaning, maintenance, machinery, equipment supply, consumables, personal protective equipment (PPE), and other general services, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, cost optimization, and timely fulfillment of internal and operational requirements. Required Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and supply chain processes, preferably within cleaning service companies, maintenance providers, facilities management firms, or related sectors. Experience in supplier negotiation, cost analysis, and contract management. Knowledge of procurement for machinery, equipment, cleaning supplies, personal protective equipment (PPE), uniforms, and specialized services. Main Responsibilities Receive, analyze, and manage purchase requests from various company departments. Request, compare, and negotiate quotations with suppliers. Evaluate commercial offers and conduct cost and purchasing condition analyses. Select suppliers in accordance with corporate policies and standards. Generate and track purchase orders. Coordinate timely delivery of products and services to requesting departments. Manage procurement of machinery, equipment, tools, cleaning supplies, chemical products, uniforms, and personal protective equipment (PPE). Coordinate rental of machinery and equipment required for operations. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment with suppliers. Monitor supplier performance, ensuring quality, delivery timelines, and contractual compliance. Support national-level procurement and supply chain processes. Manage documentation required for supplier onboarding and updates. Request and track insurance policies, certifications, and other contractual documents required for service delivery. We Offer Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $3,484,000.
