Job Summary: A prominent company in Antioquia is seeking a Project Financial Controller (PMO) to monitor financial and operational performance, conduct cost analysis, and prepare reports. Key Highlights: 1. Monitors the financial and operational performance of EPC projects 2. Conducts cost analysis, variance analysis, and closing forecasts 3. Designs and manages executive dashboards in Power BI and Procore A leading company located in Antioquia is looking for experienced professionals with a minimum of 5 years’ experience to join its team as a Project Financial Controller (PMO). · Academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. · Specific responsibilities: - Monitor the financial and operational performance of EPC projects. - Conduct cost analysis, variance analysis, and closing forecasts. - Prepare executive reports for management and the governance board. - Design and manage executive dashboards in Power BI and Procore. - Manage project cash flow and projected profitability. · Required knowledge: - Financial and operational project control. - Cost analysis, KPIs, and budgeting. - Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization tools. - Management of schedules, resources, and costs. - Preparation of executive reports and management dashboards. · Salary: $4,500,000 to $5,000,000 COP + social benefits. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Contract type: Indefinite-term. Work location: Medellín.
