




Job Summary: Coordinate, assign, and supervise transportation routes, manage unforeseen events, and maintain direct contact with vendors, drivers, and customers to ensure service execution. North Bogotá Route Programmer Responsibilities: Design and optimize transportation routes considering time, distance, and system capacity constraints to meet customer schedules and requirements. Coordinate and assign vehicles and services to vendors, ensuring compliance with required standards and conditions. Develop transportation schedules, verifying vehicle and driver availability, and adjusting schedules in response to changes or unforeseen events. Monitor real-time execution of scheduled routes, managing potential deviations, delays, or incidents. Maintain direct contact with vendors, drivers, and customers to guarantee proper service execution. Prepare compliance reports, incident reports, and scheduling improvement reports, ensuring traceability and accurate operational recordkeeping. Must possess knowledge and experience in vendor management to provide the company’s accurate and precise information, including its policies, processes, and strict compliance.
