Job Summary: We are seeking a technician with experience in security team leadership and excellent customer service, possessing leadership ability and KPI management skills. Key Highlights: 1. KPI management A technician degree in Business Administration, Human Talent Management, Judicial Investigation, or related fields is required, with a minimum of two years’ experience leading security teams, delivering excellent customer service, demonstrating leadership capability, managing KPIs, and having flexible availability. Must possess personal transportation with valid documentation. Base salary: $2,700,000 per month.
