Position Profile: Minimum: High school diploma / technical degree in logistics or related fields 2 years of experience in operation, handling, and preparation of machinery specialized in steel processing. Duties: Identify specifications indicated on the production order (label) for the specific type of rebar to be cut. Prepare and calibrate the cutting machine for subsequent operation according to specifications indicated on the production order. Operate machinery for steel shaping and transformation. Monitor at all times to prevent issues affecting the process and/or final product quality. Schedule: 3 rotating shifts, 8 hours each Salary: Minimum Monthly Legal Wage (SMMLV) + Legal transportation allowance + Performance-based bonuses, approx.
