Position Summary: We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide technological assistance, ensure the proper functioning of equipment and resources, and resolve incidents affecting daily operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support and technological assistance to internal users 2. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues 3. Manage access rights, email accounts, and work tools At Grupo CALOP, we seek an IT Support Analyst responsible for delivering technical support and technological assistance to various company users, ensuring the correct operation of equipment, tools, and technological resources required for daily operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling requests related to hardware, software, networks, access management, device configuration, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as providing timely resolution to technical incidents impacting team productivity. Additionally, they will support installation, updating, and control processes of technological tools used by the organization. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide on-site technical support to internal users * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues * Configure and maintain computers, printers, and other technological devices * Manage access rights, corporate email accounts, and work tools * Install and update software applications and licenses * Support preventive and corrective equipment maintenance * Track and manage technological inventory * Escalate critical incidents when necessary * Document basic technical solutions and procedures * Ensure timely response and resolution **Required Profile** * Technician, technologist, or professional in Systems, Technology, IT Support, or related fields * Knowledge of technical support, basic networking, Windows, Office 365, and corporate tools * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Organized, proactive, and service-oriented * Ability to work under pressure and prioritize requests Expected hours: 10\.0 to 15\.0 per week Work location: Hybrid in Medellín, Antioquia
