Ensures compliance with management indicators and organizational climate A reputable company is seeking a professional with a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing and Advertising, or related fields, with a minimum of four (4) years of experience managing and administering sales points or teams, preferably in commercial areas. Comprehensive experience across all commercial, logistics, and operational areas. Salary: Between 4 to 6 minimum legal monthly wages (SMLV) + non-statutory benefits Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the store's human talent and physical resources, ensuring compliance with the company-established management, sales, and organizational climate indicators.
