At Honor Security Services, we are seeking Site Supervisors to work at an important CEDI located in the Celta Industrial Park. If you have experience in security, team leadership, and excellent customer service, this opportunity is for you. · The benefit you've been looking for: *Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12-hour daytime shifts. *Guaranteed rest days: Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays off. Real time for your family and your projects! · What do you need to apply? *Education: Academic High School Diploma with a valid security guard course. *Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Supervisor, preferably in industrial sectors (CEDI, warehouses, plants, or large retail establishments). *Knowledge: Experience and knowledge of OEA and Basc. *Location: Ideal if you reside in Cota, Funza, Mosquera, El Rosal, Facatativá, or nearby areas (due to proximity to the Siberia toll booth). *Profile: Excellent customer service and commitment to job stability. · Position Conditions: *Base Salary: $1,750,905 + Transportation Allowance ($249,095). *Additional Benefit: Non-salary food allowance of $720,000. *Additional Income: Statutory overtime pay + all statutory benefits.
