Key Responsibilities: Direct and supervise activities related to the operation and administration of solution centers; ensure cost and expense budget execution; manage team-based dynamics. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in administrative or commercial fields. - Minimum 3 years of experience leading retail commercial teams. - Ability to conduct follow-up visits and audits at points of sale. - Skill in preparing personnel incident reports and generating relevant reports. - Experience conducting meetings with customers, maintaining effective communication, and building long-lasting relationships. - Knowledge of problem resolution and customer retention. · What do we offer? Direct labor contract with the company for one year, renewable.
