Main Responsibilities: * Continuous monitoring of CCTV systems, alarms, and other technological media. * Verification and management of alarm signals and events reported by the monitoring center. * Preparation of incident reports and updates. * Adherence to security protocols and escalation of incidents. * Operation of monitoring platforms and technological tools. * Timely customer support and assistance in managing operational incidents. * Validation and control of cameras, access points, and electronic security devices. Requirements: - Minimum certified experience of one (1) year in related positions. - Knowledge and proficiency in: - Monitoring centers - CCTV - Alarm systems - Office tools - Computer and technological platform operation - Personal vehicle and up-to-date documentation are mandatory. - Availability according to operational requirements.
