City: Barranquilla Workplace: Terpel Administrative Headquarters Address: Terpel Vía 40 69-111 Salary: $1,800,000 + transportation allowance + statutory benefits Contract Type: Temporary Employment Contract Working Hours: Monday to Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Responsibilities: Cleaning of administrative areas. Pruning of green zones. General cleaning of the fuel filling area, pumps, fuel piping systems, parking lots, floors in the filling and receiving areas, and green zones. Maintenance and cleaning of sumps and containment dikes for tanks. Industrial area cleaning using high-pressure washers. Exterior tank cleaning. Cleaning and sanitation of warehouse floors and shelving for materials. Cleaning and maintenance of stormwater catch basins and drainage systems at the plant and offices. Painting of pipes and handrails at the plant. Premises painting (curbs, road signage, and minor repairs at the site). Minor civil repairs, including hydro-sanitary plumbing. Washing of filling pipes and pumps. Internal plant cargo handling (transportation of materials, equipment, and other items). Replacement of lighting fixtures.
