Location: Carrera 42B 14-25, Puente Aranda, Bogotá (On-site) Vacancy Priority: High Compensation and Benefits Base Salary: $1,750,000 COP Additional Income: Overtime pay and surcharges according to operational requirements · Working Hours (Rotating Shifts) Days: Monday to Saturday (with availability to work some Sundays) Morning Shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Afternoon Shift: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Night Shift: 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. · Job Responsibilities General Maintenance: Perform preventive, corrective, and technical assembly activities at the plant. Task Completion: Follow the work schedules and routines established by the immediate supervisor. Resource Management: Safeguard and properly use assigned tools, supplies, and materials. Industrial Safety: Consistently wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols. Required Profile Education: Academic high school diploma (If not a high school graduate, completion of elementary education with proof of at least 2 years of continuous experience is acceptable). General Experience: 6 to 12 months in similar positions. Specific Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in: Masonry and Finishes: Plastering, painting, stucco, tiling, and finishing. Structures: Half-round arches, markings, roofing, tile replacement, and working at heights (scaffolding operation). Networks and Hydraulics: Plumbing, pipes, hydraulic installations, and tank maintenance.-Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Technical Program years of experience
