Serve internal and external customers, provide information, and resolve inquiries. 2. Wear the vest identifying you as a guide and maintain appropriate personal appearance. 3. Rake assigned green areas. 4. Verify group reservations and guiding needs with the park’s secretary, logistics, and events departments. 5. Verify circuit operational status, complete the checklist, and share data with administration. 6. Inspect speakers and ensure one is available for use. 7. Turn electronic speakers on and off. 8. Record attendance of users entering the farm and complete registration. 9. Conduct guided tours along the Noah’s Farm trail, providing users with information on agricultural and livestock procedures, and complete registration. 10. Submit the day’s total attendance report to administration and obtain signature on the checklist. 11. Complete the farm maintenance checklist form. 12. Promote the farm’s livestock, agricultural, and animal feed production available for sale to users, and report any related incidents. 13. Store speakers and records. 14. Ensure rational use of resources and supplies, and proper handling of assets. · Education Level: High school diploma or technical degree in tourism-related fields. Experience: Minimum 6 months in the tourism field. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract. Salary: 1 SMMLV, including statutory benefits.
