(DESMIN) requires an Underground Mining Operator, with or without prior underground mining experience, preferably having at least primary education. The selected candidate will support the company’s diverse operational activities, working in areas such as mucking, mining development, civil works, and ground support, according to company assignment. Responsibilities: - Support operational tasks in underground mining as assigned to the area. - Perform mucking, loading, and material handling activities. - Support mining development and advancement of working faces. - Carry out basic ground support tasks per instructions and received training. - Assist in civil works inside the mine. - Maintain order, cleanliness, and appropriate conditions in the work area. - Strictly comply with safety regulations, use of PPE, and established procedures. - Report incidents, hazards, or unsafe conditions to the immediate supervisor. Salary: between 1 and 2 minimum monthly legal wages (SMLMV). Contract type: Indefinite-term contract. Work schedule: Rotating shifts.
