Job Summary: We are seeking a high school graduate salesperson for the retail commercial sector, focused on customer acquisition, personalized advisory services, closing sales, and customer retention to achieve sales targets. Retain customers and achieve sales targets An allied company is seeking academically qualified high school graduates with at least six (6) months of work experience as a salesperson or in related fields for the retail commercial sector. Responsibilities: Identify and capture new sales opportunities by approaching customers and offering products or services suited to their needs. Provide personalized service by advising customers on products, features, and benefits, and resolving questions or concerns. Complete transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing required payment methods or agreements. Retain customers by ensuring their return to the store and promoting brand loyalty. Achieve established sales targets and contribute to the store’s overall success. · Salary: $1,750,905 + statutory benefits. Contract type: Indefinite-term contract. Work schedule: Rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday, 8 working hours per day, 1-hour lunch break.
