Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced table server to ensure exceptional service—from welcoming guests to order management and billing—in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. A reputable company located in Medellín is seeking experienced personnel for its team to fill the position of table server, requiring a minimum of 24 months of experience. · Academic background: High school diploma; technical training in food and beverage service, customer service, or related fields. · Specific responsibilities: · -Verify proper arrangement of tables and service stations prior to guest service. -Receive and welcome customers in accordance with service protocols. -Advise customers on the menu, address inquiries, and accurately take orders. -Present and deliver dishes to ensure impeccable service. -Manage billing and payment processes correctly and promptly. · Required knowledge: · -Service protocols. -Wines and food pairing (preferred). -Customer service and commercial management. · Salary: $1,750,905 + transportation allowance $249,095 + tips + statutory benefits. Schedules: Rotating shifts within the operating hours of 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Shifts are 7.33 hours long, Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week. Maximum split shift duration is 3 hours. Contract type: Project-based or service contract.
