Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect to support the planning, supervision, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and standards. Key Highlights: 1. A company in the construction and manufacturing sector requires an Architect to support the planning, supervision, and execution of construction activities, ensuring compliance with schedules, technical specifications, quality standards, industrial safety, and guidelines established by the company and the client. Minimum 1 year of experience. Knowledge of material and labor productivity. Reading and interpretation of blueprints. Basic/intermediate AutoCAD skills. Proficiency in Excel and other Office tools. Control of construction quantities and cuttings. Preparation of progress reports. Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations. Budgeting skills are desirable. Personal Competencies: teamwork, assertive communication, strong client and contractor relations, organized. Preference for candidates residing in the northwest area of Bogotá or municipalities near the worksite. Direct hiring; working hours Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Saturdays 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. On-site work.
