Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect with experience in managing building construction projects, leading teams, and controlling projects. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision role in building construction projects 2. Team management and effective communication 3. Leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation Civil Engineer or Architect, minimum 5 years since graduation Minimum 2 years of specific experience as Construction Resident for building construction projects Proficiency in tools and software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other design and planning programs Supervisory skills, including team management and effective communication. Knowledge and experience in project budgeting and cost control. Solid experience in construction safety, ensuring compliance with regulations and safe practices. Capability in construction and project control to ensure efficient development according to established plans.
