Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinate personnel, interpret drawings, organize tasks, and ensure quality and safety standards on construction projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Personnel coordination and supervision on site 2. Drawing interpretation and quality control 3. AutoCAD proficiency and BIM drawing reading We are looking for a committed Construction Supervisor with extensive experience to join our team on construction projects. · Responsibilities: - Coordinate and supervise site personnel daily across different work fronts. - Interpret drawings, designs, and technical specifications to ensure proper execution of activities. - Organize and assign tasks to personnel according to the construction schedule. - Verify work quality and ensure compliance with construction standards. - Monitor appropriate use of materials, tools, and equipment on site. - Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety protocols. - Report progress, requirements, and updates from the work front to the Site Resident or Project Director. - Support resolution of technical and construction-related issues in the field. - Guarantee order, cleanliness, and proper organization at the worksite. - Supervise execution of tasks by assigned personnel on site. - Perform quality control in accordance with project technical specifications. - Conduct periodic site inspections to verify physical progress of the work. - Manage operational personnel on site, ensuring works proceed per drawings and specifications. - Assign activities per direction from the Site Resident and Project Director; monitor and control task execution. - Monitor and control materials and resources assigned to subcontractors on site. Requirements: - Technical degree in Civil Construction, - Technical degree in Structural Buildings, - SENA-certified Construction Supervisor. - Minimum 5 years’ experience in structural work. · Technical Knowledge: - AutoCAD proficiency - Interpretation of architectural and structural drawings - BIM model drawing reading We Offer: - Contract for Specific Project or Task - Location: Bogotá. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Technical Degree 5 years of experience Keywords: docente, profesor, teacher, teachers, construccion, construction, obra, edificar, edificacion
