What do we offer? Fixed-term contract Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, with one compensatory weekday off and one weekend off per month. Base salary + uncapped commissions Internal benefits Opportunity for professional growth What will be your challenges? Lead and supervise the team, ensuring achievement of sales targets and maintaining excellent customer relationships Coordinate the legalization process, onboarding, signing of purchase commitment agreements, final client files, and follow-ups in SINCO according to commercial area policies Monitor collection processes to prevent customer delinquency from increasing Generate reports and review clients committed to credit and subsidies, adhering to established timelines Report commission settlements for all personnel under your supervision and notify biweekly payroll updates Other duties inherent to the position assigned by the Commercial Director. What are we looking for?
