In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our projects, collaborating closely with various departments to ensure our objectives are achieved effectively. Your role will involve analyzing needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing strategies that promote the sustainable and efficient development of our resources. You will serve as the liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth and accurate communication for the success of our projects. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology with specialization in Human Resource Management, or related fields. EXPERIENCE: 5 years of experience related to processes in Performance Management, Career Management, Succession Planning, Change Management, or Organizational Development. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: Leadership management, performance management, team management. -Certification in change management, coaching, or team management -Strategic thinking, systems thinking, group management, influence, communication, negotiation, growth mindset, creativity.
