Responsibilities: • Provide customer service and advisory support through digital and telephone channels (social media, WhatsApp, website, email, and phone calls). • Support the online sales process, guiding customers through to closure. • Monitor orders, invoicing, and shipping to ensure a positive customer experience. • Manage and update products and commercial information on the website (WordPress). • Prepare sales, contact, and source-channel reports. • Coordinate internally to resolve commercial and operational issues. • Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen conversion and digital strategies. • And other duties.
