Knowledge of crushing, grinding, flotation, gravity separation, smelting, and basic refining. Ability to lead operational teams and optimize productive processes. Main Responsibilities: • Coordinate and supervise daily plant operations. • Control material flow and metallurgical processes. • Identify bottlenecks and propose operational improvements. • Ensure continuity, efficiency, and quality in production. The candidate must possess knowledge of payroll management and personnel administration.
